About me

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with athletes across a wide range of sports — from marathon runners and CrossFit athletes to swimmers, footballers, and basketball players. Each sport comes with its own unique nutritional demands, and it’s been inspiring to help athletes fine-tune their fueling strategies to match the intensity of their training and competitions.

Beyond individual coaching, I’ve also been involved in research projects that explored key areas of sports nutrition, such as the role of supplements, the impact of fast-absorbing carbohydrates on performance, and strategies to optimize recovery. This research not only expanded my knowledge but also allowed me to apply evidence-based practices directly in my work with athletes.

In practice, I’ve seen how the right nutrition can lead to measurable results. Some athletes have been able to increase their weightlifting performance by over 10% after adjusting their fueling and recovery strategies. Others have noticed a significant reduction in post-workout muscle soreness, allowing them to train more consistently without setbacks. For endurance athletes, small changes in hydration and carbohydrate timing have translated into steadier energy and faster recovery between sessions.

What excites me most is seeing these kinds of improvements — faster recovery, sharper focus, more consistent energy, and ultimately, better results on the field, in the gym, or in competition. With every athlete I work with, my goal is to translate science into simple, practical strategies that fit seamlessly into their training and lifestyle.

This website was created with the same mission: to make expert nutrition advice easily accessible online, and to empower athletes to take control of their own habits. My goal isn’t just to provide guidance, but to give you the tools and knowledge you need to fuel yourself confidently — for training, recovery, and long-term success.
